Source: Clarity Martin Smith May 4, 2015During our 27m 4s call, Bob explained how to adapt the financial model from his "Billion Dollar Company" book to our business. He was very well prepared for the call, and saved us a lot of time trying to figure out things on our own. In general, his guidelines for growing billion companies is a unique blend of financial rigor with practical heuristics of growth. His book deserves a spot in every entrepreneur building a billion dollar company.
