Rikus holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial-Electronic), a Bachelor of Law (LLB), and an MBA and PhD in Business Administration (Innovation Management). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMP) and he has also completed studies in design thinking, and patenting. An experienced professional with a background in manufacturing, tertiary education, information technology, financial services, and research. Rikus has been an innovation consultant for the past 10 years and he has owned and operated a number of businesses, and he has designed and prototyped a number of products as well as drafted provisional patent applications for these products. Rikus is passionate about people's creativity and his mission is to ensure that individuals and companies get the maximum value out of their ideas to bring new possibilities to the world for the good of others.
