Problem:
Sales productivity had become stagnant, with intense competition from BASF, Bayer, and Syngenta and some of the best sales people and distributors moved to their competitors. Managers struggled to find new ways to motivate the sales team and distributors. Although a reward program was introduced, it lacked proper measurement due to manual processes, making it time-consuming to track performance. They also ran out of ideas for non-cash rewards
Action:
We designed a Loyalty Platform that tied sales KPIs to reward points for desired actions and included a recognition and rewards program with an extensive rewards catalogs The platform provided daily activity and productivity data in a mobile format for field sales teams, supervisors, district managers, and distributors. With widespread platform adoption, field sales personnel were able to make sales plan that directly improved their performance.
Result:
Corteva’s top-line revenue saw a significant 45% increase in 2021, increased market share, and key partner retention. Sodexo also increase their market share within end to end loyalty program and gained an additional monthly revenue of IDR 5 billion
