If you are developing a coin or a token, and you intend to launch an ICO, an IEO or an IDO, or get listed on a centralized exchange, then my legal services will be of help.

I am a certified blockchain lawyer with over 6 years of experience in crypto procedures. I specialize in drafting/proofreading/upgrading Whitepapers and in providing official Legal Opinions, based on your token's characteristics. The job will be considered done only when you will be completely satisfied with the project. I am available for work during weekends.

I will:
- review and update your Whitepaper for legal and/or compliance purposes, prior to the ICO/IEO/IDO launch. I will ensure its "Howey test" compliance, but also European Union and worldwide compliance, if required.
- provide a signed and stamped Legal Opinion on the Token deeming it as security or utility, as the case may be.
