Rebecca has over 8 years of experience working in the field of customer experience. Before pursuing a master's in design, she worked in market research and has led major customer loyalty programs with organizations like MIT and Lowe's. She has a strong background in design research, user testing and user acquisition.
Over the years Rebecca has helped many companies successfully launch new offerings or pivot their core business. She has recently worked with large organizations like Red Hat, Lowe’s, Cisco and MIT; but first cut her teeth working with startups in the arts and entertainment industries. Rebecca's background includes a variety of roles both teaching and conducting rapid prototyping for new service experiences. She is highly skilled at advising teams on what prototyping methods would best suit their concepts at various stages.
I have worked with a number of startups who have successfully attained funding. Having sat on the other side of the table early in my career by working in the field of angel investing, I have a strong ability to quickly sniff out great pitches and help companies make their pitches more crisp and compelling.
