I worked with Ricardo as an internal customer within Vodafone during a period of significant organisation change and pressures. Together with Ricardo and his team we successfully launched in the Netherlands a 3G/HSPA-based MobileTV platform which set the benchmark for others in the Dutch market. The service was subsequently nominated in a group of five others by the GSMA as part of their 3GSM 2009 event in Barcelona.
I found Ricardo to be a highly engaged and committed partner and his ability to think laterally in order to overcome immediate blockages kept the project on track on more than one occasion. In addition to his breath and depth of knowledge in technology matters, he also demonstrates a keen sense of inclusiveness which results in a great spirit of collaboration and teamwork. I would strongly recommend Ricardo if you are in need of a original thinker and self-starter who is always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver what was promised to the customer.
