Facilitating, Mentoring and Leading implementation of Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) Agile execution framework, setting up of Enterprise Project management office (EPMO) at a leading utility company to deliver SmartGrid program that includes (Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Geographical Information System (ESRI ArcGIS), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Customer Information System (MS Dynamics CIS). Currently, involved in leading organization change management for adoption of Agile at the function and team level, building governance plans, define templates, SOPs, KPIs and project metrics to report and track. Provide thought leadership in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption, technology, and change techniques to the client as a future roadmap. Involved the creation of governance procedures, standards and procedures for project management, delivery process, quality review and approval of deliverables process. Is also involved in training Product Owners and Technical communities.
