I'm a six years experienced working with providing psychosocial support to war and torture survivors , i learned with them how to find meanings in life and porous , how therapeutic conversations bring to us an ahaa moments , I've been trained and learned about existential therapy , cognitive behavioral therapy , that would help me to help you being more self aware and stronger , I'll give you no promises , prefer being authentic and tell u what u would experience , and the benefits is different from human to another .
