Market Entry Strategy

I have worked with Ravindra Vasisht during my tenure at Alfa Laval as a business center manager at headquarters Pune.I found Vasisht to be very perusasive in succesfully bringing new accounts that added to company's bottom line. Ravindra Vasisht is a quick learner of new technologies as tehy related to his job needs. I found Ravindra was the first to bring in automation in a branch office that handled matters in routine mechanical fashion.

While I wanted a shift in my career from post-sales services to Sales, Ravindra used to be my boss. More than a boss, he used to be a guide or say Coach to me. He maintained an informal relationship with his colleagues while advising the requisite whenever felt necessary. I learnt a lot from him.
