Founder of C4PhDs on LinkedIn. Helping advanced degree candidates ace their management consulting case interview.
I love helping people ace their case interviews and succeed in their careers.
Ravi is a motivated individual who was instrumental to creating a friendly, open environment to enable team members to develop professional skills.
Graduate school is a unique experience which lends itself to a number of independent challenges; Ravi has been an invaluable mentor in facing these tasks, such that his imminent graduation is a terrifying prospect. His skill and experience with research and synthesis aside, Ravi has intricate knowledge of analytical instruments, including troubleshooting and managing the group GPC, which could be a full time job in and of itself. Additionally, Ravi has taught many undergraduates through the position of TA, and corralling teenagers through chemistry without incidence is impressive, and requires patience and commands respect. However, I admire Ravi most for his outside pursuits; his involvement in the business school consultancy team, his betterment of his english language skills, and his impressive dedication to the game of tennis. While most graduate students fill their precious extra hours with bars and beers, Ravi dedicates his free time responsibly to become a better adept candidate for his future career interests. I consider Ravi to be a colleague, a mentor, and a great friend, and give him my highest commendation.
Ravi worked with our group to help us use and understand polymer chemistry we had not previously considered. Introducing these new polymers and his knowledge base to our materials and processing methods significantly improved our final product. While I am not currently collaborating with Ravi, he is still my go to source of information for polymer chemistry. He is always glad to help and happy to discuss anything from 3D printing material stock to thiol click reactions. I look forward to collaborating with Ravi in the future.
Ravi is a energetic and enthusiastic researcher who provides a creative approach to problem solving. His expertise in polymer grafting of nanoparticles was a wonderful addition to our ongoing program in capacitive energy storage. He is an enabling researcher and I look forward to working with Ravi long into the future.
I met and had the chance to interact with Ravi at the National Graduate Research Polymer Conference in Baton Rouge, LA. Ravi has an outgoing personality, and fully demonstrated his knowledge of organic chemistry and various radical polymerization techniques via his poster presentation.
Ravi introduced our group to a new method of polymer grafting which greatly increased our material's performance. Since then he's helped me in learning basic free radical reaction chemistry, thiol ene click chemistry, and the chemical characterization techniques necessary to fully describe my process and material. His consultations with my group has allowed us to move in a direction that we previously had not been able to explore.
I work closely with Ravi at Tulane University. We work together in the design, fabrication, and characterization of polymer-dielectric flexible nanodevices. Ravi mastered several experimental techniques in polymer synthesis and characterization. He is particularly strong at processing of polymer-nanoparticle films, which is a topic of great commercial and industrial interest (for energy storage, sensors, actuators, and other devices). He has extensive experience in the utilization and analysis of MALDI-TOF, TGA, FTIR, NMR, HPLC, TEM, SEM, and GC-MS. Ravi is a very hard-working and motivated researcher with a commendable sincerity and integrity. I am quite impressed with his abilities in preparing research documents, reviewing research manuscript and completing the assigned job in time.
I am honored to recommend Ravi to work in the industry or academia, he was enthusiastic in helping all incoming graduates adjust. Excellent working with all sorts of instrumention, good and model student in graduate studies. I am please to have known Ravi these past few years at Tulane. Speaks English very well.
While working with Ravi, I noticed that he was an energetic person with an active willingness to participate in discussions. He was able to promote his professionalism through his analytical and strategic thinking skills both of which ascribed to achieving the clients’ objectives. Ravi showed that he was able and willing to take on challenges especially when they required him to utilize more than one of his skills. I would be pleased to participate with Ravi again at any point in the future.
A research profile requires one to be creative, and to have clarity in his thought process and Ravinder fits the bill to the core. He was known for his sincerity and was quite mature in his approach to people and his job.He was also very confident of his intellectual capability and I can see that he is out to do justice to the same. Wish him all the best!
Ravinder is a hard working professional and fun loving guy. He doesn't take any problem as a headsche, but he solve problems with fun. He is highly dynamic and keep himself busy with people, work, study wtc.
I wish him all the success in his life.
