Ralph is an excellent client manager. We worked 'across the pond' for over a year perfecting an open source video delivery system. In the end the final deliverable impressed our sponsors and Ralph continues to deliver functionality that we did not initially envision. I would not have been successful without his attention to detail and customer focus.
