1. Choosing some initial target countries. I would recommend for sure looking at the Gulf which has taboos around substance use and might appreciate the discretion of sending those dealing with addiction abroad for treatment
2. Conducting a 'stakeholder mapping exercise' where you do some desktop research to build a lost of organizations that support the patient profiles Swiss rehabs support
3. Reaching out to those organizations to capture insights on current services, gaps in their rehabilitation services, and opportunities for referrals and collaboration
4. Piloting a partnership
The other route to look at is global professional associations where your targets gather.
