There are many ways. The first and foremost way is to learn a skill and become good at it. Then, use that experience on repeat to help others and get paid for it.

If you have a good social media following and a niche that you’re comfortable sharing your thoughts on products, look into affiliate marketing. I would recommend Amazons affiliate program as a starting point, because just about everyone has bought from Amazon and trust the company. Amazon also probably has the selection of products of any e-commerce company.

This is a wonderful question, but the answer has to start from response to another question, what do you want to do in your life ? Career Life is a trip, it has a beginning and many time humans do not think about when it end and how it will end.
So when you are planning to retire and what are the triggers for this ? only when this answer is clear a prober answer can be given. however, i would recommend to go for any of the following: 1) selling goods on e-commerce platforms. 2) making your photos and selling them if you like to. 3) explore minting NFTs. 4) ensure investing a portion of your income to start generating passive income. Hope this will help.
1. Freelancing – Use your skills (writing, graphic design, web development, social media management, etc.) to offer services on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
2. Tutoring – If you excel in a particular subject or skill (like math, science, or languages), offer tutoring services to peers or younger students. You can advertise on social media, local community groups, or tutoring platforms.
3. Selling Handmade Goods – If you're crafty or artistic, you can sell handmade items (jewelry, art, clothing) on platforms like Etsy, eBay, or through social media.
4. Content Creation – Start a YouTube channel, TikTok, or a blog around a topic you're passionate about (gaming, fashion, tech, etc.). You can earn through ad revenue, brand partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
5. Online Surveys and Market Research – While it won’t make you rich, sites like Swagbucks, InboxDollars, or Survey Junkie offer small payouts for answering surveys or watching ads.
6. Social Media Management – Many small businesses or individuals need help managing their social media accounts. If you’re familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, you can offer to help with content creation and engagement.
7. Affiliate Marketing – Promote products on your blog, YouTube, or social media channels and earn commissions when people purchase through your referral links. Platforms like Amazon Associates or ShareASale allow you to start affiliate marketing.
8. Pet Sitting or Dog Walking – If you love animals, you can offer pet sitting or dog walking services. Platforms like Rover can help connect you with pet owners in need of services.
9. Delivery or Ride-sharing (if old enough) – Some services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Postmates allow young people (usually 18 and over) to deliver food or packages for extra cash.
10. Buy and Resell – You can buy discounted or secondhand products (clothes, electronics, etc.) and resell them online at a higher price through platforms like eBay, Poshmark, or Facebook Marketplace.
11. Virtual Assistant – Offer administrative support services like email management, scheduling, or data entry for businesses and entrepreneurs looking for help remotely.
If you're still young, I recommend trying a physically demanding job first because your body can handle it for a long time. You should also study about investing and consider buying growth stocks while working. Set aside some money to invest in stocks. Try various things; you still have a lot of growing to do, and having experience is definitely beneficial. This is my advice; you can try following it, or if you want to consult about anything further, feel free to ask me.

I am new here. Hello all. What is the best way for an 18 year old to make money.
There are tons of ways and you have to start without worrying how it would end. Also i am giving a very general answer since I do not know anything from your background. Few things you can choose from: 1. Real Estate: Learn how accounting works for real estate and how you can buy properties without any cash. Learn how you can partner with someone for equity deals. Learn how comparable work and how big multifamily deals are funded. Learn about how whole sailing works. You can also do apartment referrals to start making some money. 2. Stock market: First figure out the scam and open a small account and learn how to trade stocks. Do not lose big. Start small and lose small. Understand the psychology of traders who are taking other side of the trade. 3. Get education in a high paying sector. Currently it is either in coding or in some kind of handyman job (plumber)...do a bootcamp to start earning income and start saving some money for real estate deals or stocks. Note there are coding bootcamps which do not charge any money and you pay them based on your future guaranteed salary. Of course I have not listed 1000's of other was you can make money!RJ

Is there any sustainable way I can earn $100 everyday continuously for one year by using internet as medium?
There are an infinite number of ways to do this. Remember that you get paid for adding value to people's lives. Paid webinars, monthly newsletters, selling or reselling via ebay/etsy, ebooks (especially via Amazon/Kindle), digital products (check out Clickbank) as a creator or affiliate. Look for something you're interested in so that your interest won't wane. If you're only in it for the money, it won't last long and you won't have the drive to make it high quality. Check out Pat Flynn's site Smart Passive Income for ideas and resources. A key for any business is to leverage your time and create recurring revenue. Freelancing tends to be another job (dollars for hours). Creating something once that can be sold an infinite number of times (all digital products) is the key to growing your income. Developing a network of supportive people who can help you build your idea and can later help you promote your products/services is also critical. Don't think you can do it all yourself. Leverage (and support!) your connections. It usually takes time to develop the infrastructure and following/tribe/audience/customers. Don't give up too soon. Eighteen months is a good benchmark. After that, if you've put in the work, the business will start to take off. Don't expect "fast cash" before that though. Be willing to put in the hard work, delivering value all along the way (usually for little or no money in the beginning to develop a following who will buy from you later).PO

How can I validate that the information a money-making book is providing is actually helpful money-making knowledge?
Does it pass the "smell test"? Does the information make sense? Does it seem logical? Did you try it? Call me skeptical, but when I see folks selling the "proven blueprint to making millions in your sleep", I keep walking. If I had the secret money-making formula to make everyone in the world rich, why would I share it for $79.99? Why would I have to "sell" people on the idea. I would just show my friends and family and retire knowing I helped them. To make money, one must follow some well-established, foundational traits. Buy low, sell high. Repeat. A lot of great education can be found online, in books, and by speaking with some of these experts. But it should be applied to your unique situation, you are not like them and they are not like you. If you are looking for a risk-free, guaranteed way of making money and believe it can be found in a single book ... you are exactly who the author hopes will buy it.SN

Close friend from outside the U.S asked me if I can use my account to receive money for his online payments. How much % should I charge him?
Depending on average transaction size, number of transactions and the potential risks you are taking on (i.e what are you responsible for if your friends product or service isn't delivered on?). Anywhere from 2-20% could work depending on the above. As for accounting, I would recommend keeping the transactions in a separately coded lines of revenue and expenses so you can clearly show the in and out flow of money for his app. It will be taxed as income so you can include that in your fee if you wish. Also know that banks these days are very sophisticated with detecting fraud and money laundering so ensure you document the arrangement with your friend so you can easily show everything is on the up and up. I hope that helps!AV
