Crowdfunding or investments from business angels from the USA for the Russian team

Hi all! Please tell me, can we look for investments through crowdfunding in the USA or business angels if our team is from Russia, but our product is not focused on the Russian market? And to what extent, in your opinion, are investors afraid of working with Russian companies?
