On which platforms can I find a reputable Growth Hacker for hire?
The reality is "reputable" growth hackers - aren't sitting around on freelance sites waiting for you to hire them. If they are good, they are either (very) gainfully employed at a reputable company making very good salaries or more likely using our super powers to create multimillion dollar companies. So the bad news is there is no platform where you can hire reputable growth hackers BUT here is what you can do: You can borrow some of their time on here for just a few dollars a minute and learn what you need to learn to do it yourself (or at least get started) or find courses to learn "growth hacking" yourself. Get the tips, learn the techniques, tons of free resources and sites too. Unfortunately there are no silver bullets and very seldom magic hires that will suddenly get you growth. It's a painful, iterative long process. And the term growth hacker is very broad. Some of us can help you with SEO/SEM, email list building, partnerships and PR (I'm heavily specialized in PR). TL:DR Talk to specialized growth hackers, learn, and apply the techniques yourself.

How would you go about finding your intial target market/user group for a business social network?
I have to ask: Did you already develop your product? The best advice, which I love, is from Seth Godin. He said something along the lines of "Don't find customers for your product, find products for your customers." Always start with a customer you want to be in service to, and look to solve their problems.

What are some tips for finding non-generic hashtags on Instagram?
I'd recommend defining what type of art you are seeking to find on Instagram. For example, optical art is a specific type of art. After some searching on Instagram, I was able to find #opart, which focuses on this particular type of artwork. To become more noticed on Instagram, I'd recommend finding a niche. Instead of creating an Instagram account about art, a better strategy would be to create an account about a specific type of art such as optical illusion artwork. The more specific you are about your niche, the better you are positioned to grow on the Instagram platform.

How do you send traffic to OLD posts on your blog/site? Got any ideas for recycling quality and timeless content?
If you have a self-hosted Wordpress blog, there is a great free plugin called "Tweet Old Posts" which will promote older posts on a schedule you set. http://wordpress.org/plugins/tweet-old-post/ It works really well and is simple to setup. Cheers, Hani

Which link shortener should we use in our social sharing strategy to track our Analytics?
I might suggest starting with Bitly and exploring the possibility of getting a custom branded shortener, which you can set up through Bitly once the domain is purchased. For example, my website is philpallen.com but I shorten all links to philp.al/link so it's more professional. I feel like many other shorteners look like spam, but I'd say your safe with Bitly because it's widely used. A custom one would be even better!
