What do you do ?!
Answers
I spend it with my family and friends, we travel and when we can we go to the beach.
That depends on your personal situation and what you enjoying doing to wind down and relax.
My aim during a holiday is always to unwind, reflect and prepare. Unwind from the stress and busyness that you've recently experienced. Reflect on the progress made during this time, the wins, the loses and the changes that need to be made in the weeks and months ahead. Plan the next 3/6/12 months by setting out clear goals and markers to work towards achieving so you have direction and purpose once you've spent time relaxing and are ready to get back at it.
Depending on your personal situation, spending time with family, kids, friends or in solituted to get back in touch with yourself is also a useful and necessary part of the process.
What do you plan on doing in your holiday?
The best way to spend your holiday is to be quiet and relaxing. This will help your body and mind to get the much-needed rest. Also, you need to spend time with Jesus to get that spiritual energy for your soul. Remember human beings are made of mind, body, and soul. So we need energy and strength in our souls to feel happy and joyful. Spend time with family members and also try to do acts of mercy. All these will make your holidays wonderful and it will be rewarding. If you need a call please be free to make it with me. God bless you and stay safe.

What are some of the most important leadership trends of Today?
Your question and your question detail are quite different. First, your question: The most important leadership trend is that the nature of leadership is changing. People want more autonomy and less oversight and direct management. Do you currently have a team? By the details you provided, it sounds like you are asking this question in hopes of being prepared to lead *when* you have a team, not asking about the team you have to date. Either way, leadership is much like parenting. Everyone has an opinion of how you should do it, but you will do what feels right to you, which is a process of much experimentation and feedback. Don't overthink the issue of leadership, especially in very small teams and companies. I'm happy to talk to you about specific issues you're dealing with or worried about to provide you very direct responses to those concerns.TW

What are some high impact ways that entrepreneurs can build their personal brands?
Spend zero time worrying about building your personal brand. Spend all your time focused on achieving your goals building your business. Simply put, the best way to build your brand is to achieve success. Let others evangelize you, whether it be investors impressed with your growth, customers who are delighted by the product/service you provide, or even your employees talking about what a great leader you are and what an amazing work environment you create or how brilliant you are and how you're revolutionizing the industry you're operating in. These are all so much more important than the attention you could get by public speaking, blogging, doing interviews, etc. A Company can be artificially inflated by someone able to create attention but it is not a sustainable path to success. Others singing your praises is so much more substantive than promoting yourself.TW

What habits, discipline, or behaviours do you practice in your daily routine to promote the most productive schedule?
One of the biggest things I do is "time chunk". Time chunking – and fine tuning the practice – allows me to work with optimum productivity. It’s worth trying in some form or another because it removes a decision from the process of doing: what to do and when to do it. Another set of practices I put into play are outlined in my manifesto: http://productivityist.com/blog/the-way-of-the-productivityist-a-manifesto I talk about a lot of other strategies over at my website, and in my e-book "The Productivityist Workbook".MV

What 'soft' skills have best contributed to your success as an entrepreneur?
Whenever I think of skills, the first one I think of is people skills. I think that is the most important type of skill-set to have. Knowing how to treat and talk to people is beyond important in the workplace. When you know how to talk and treat people, it really doesn't matter what kind of product you are selling. When you make it about the person and not the product, walls fall down. Learning how to read people and get a feel for their personality has really helped too. It's a shame more management teams don't take the time to learn and teach this to their staff. I hope that helps!PC
