Hello,
My name is Mauricio and I currently work in both the private and government sectors. I have experience starting up my own business by leveraging owned assets. I am currently licensed as a real estate professional and I am in the process of obtaining my mortgage lending license.
Depending on what your needs are in regards to loans, there may be a lot of options for you. Based on your question, I believe the type of loan you are looking for is a private loan. In today's economic climate there are several opportunities for entrepreneurs who are looking to start their new business. Depending on your needs and timing, there may be better options for you. When it comes to loans and private investors, the higher the risk for the investor, the more they are going to want to seek from the person requesting the loan, I.E. higher interest rates, royalties, or even a percentage of your business.
Here is a link to an online article that may have some good information for you to research.

I hope this information helps you and if there is any other questions you may have please feel free to give me a call.
You can definitely find someone to loan you money for starting a business, but you might find that hard since people always want to get something in exchange of whta they are giving especially when it's about money. A better idea is to get someone that wants to invest in something and they can invest in your idea. You can have shares or split things in however way you like. If you hvae any question regarding this topic, feel free to call me.
I second finding investors who will invest in your idea in exchange for a share. There is a certain type of investor, called Angel Investors, who are known to help fund start-ups and more high-risk ventures.
Finding investors who will support you is hard, so in my opinion the best way to approach this is to create a solid business plan in writing. Make it very detailed and include everything from prices, expected profit/loss, expenses/overhead, initial costs, how you will market the business, the target market, competition, an exit plan if things don't work out, etc. Angel Investors need to be 'sold' on your idea and feel confident that it will work before they get involved.
Presentation also matters, so think about making a PowerPoint as well as having written handouts, and dress to impress. Try to approach several Angel Investors and consider how much of your idea you're willing to share before you meet the investors. Don't be afraid to counter their offer either - some investors take a portion of each sale until a certain point, while others take a portion of the company ownership. I don't think this is a bad thing, as it also shares the responsibility if they own part of the company.
If you do these things and the investors aren't sold on your idea, you can turn around and go to a bank or credit union and ask to get a 'small business loan'. I was told to avoid personal loans for business reasons unless you can't get approved. The paper handouts and presentation from your Angel Investor interview will likely help a lot when applying for a business loan at a bank or credit union. You could alternatively look for a private loan with an individual, but these tend to be more risky with higher interest rates.

I am new here. Hello all. What is the best way for an 18 year old to make money.
There are tons of ways and you have to start without worrying how it would end. Also i am giving a very general answer since I do not know anything from your background. Few things you can choose from: 1. Real Estate: Learn how accounting works for real estate and how you can buy properties without any cash. Learn how you can partner with someone for equity deals. Learn how comparable work and how big multifamily deals are funded. Learn about how whole sailing works. You can also do apartment referrals to start making some money. 2. Stock market: First figure out the scam and open a small account and learn how to trade stocks. Do not lose big. Start small and lose small. Understand the psychology of traders who are taking other side of the trade. 3. Get education in a high paying sector. Currently it is either in coding or in some kind of handyman job (plumber)...do a bootcamp to start earning income and start saving some money for real estate deals or stocks. Note there are coding bootcamps which do not charge any money and you pay them based on your future guaranteed salary. Of course I have not listed 1000's of other was you can make money!RJ

How can I monetize a new blog?
Having a blog is a platform. It's an unknown platform at the moment, so it's not very valuable yet. Traffic is the name of the game: you want eyeballs on that blog that are connected to brains that are already interested in your topic. Find influencers who are respected in the field you're blogging about, and get them to say something about you and your blog. That will do more for you than anything right now, while you're unable to pay for traffic. On your site, you want to have relevant offers. Leverage the traffic by getting interested prospects to sign up to your autoresponder list. That way, you can continue to market to them...qualify them further...and sell them. Multiple times. Do not allow visitors to escape without the opportunity to opt-in to your list. You fought hard to get them there: make sure you can continue to market to them. After you get the basics of a funnel set up (Traffic >> Opt-In >> Sequence), consider the concept of Laddering. This is where you have increasingly valuable offers for people to buy. A huge mistake I've seen many beginner marketers make over the years is to have only one product or service to sell. Once the buyer gets that...what else is there to buy? Remember that there will always be some people who will buy literally everything you put out there. Make sure the solutions you provide work. And once you are confident in their quality, be happy to sell them to people. (Sounds weird, but a lot of people get bent out of shape at the idea of selling something.) Finally, keep in mind that if you create and own the product, your margins are much higher than if you're an affiliate. That means more revenue to you, and more cash to make choices with.JK

What are some daily rituals and habits that have been effective for you in producing results in your business?
1. Differentiate Between Days to Produce and Days to Create I pre-schedule which days (and time blocks in those days) will be for money making activities (literally those activities that are directly linked to income generation such as being on stage and speaking, in a room with my clients, closing sales, etc) versus those where I'm creating content, generating new business ideas, networking, developing marketing materials, etc. This allows me to focus on both working in it and working on it. 2. Keep a Digital Voice Recorder With Me at All Times (with a spare battery!) Ideas seem to pop up all of the time - and I used to be a "write it down" guy who ended up with a pocket full of scrap papers and post it notes. Now I just talk the idea through and record it. At the end of the week I transfer the audio files to my pc, listen to them (using a media app that lets me play them at 2x speed) and transcribe my notes to a google document. 3. Planned Days Off - No Business Allowed Being an entrepreneur takes energy. So "charging your batteries" is critical. Do things you love outside of working (even if you LOVE to work). Personally I take the day off and go fly fishing 1-2 days per month. It does wonders for clearing my head, relaxing me, and getting me prepped and ready for the week to come! These rituals and habits are things you will benefit from starting to do TODAY. You'll not only be more productive, you'll find greater joy in what you do (and have less stress). For more tips - let's talk.DB

Is finders fee of 1mio USD normal for a 20mio USD loan?
No that pricing is too high as the maximum finders fee that is offered is 2.2% i.e. 440K max. Although if he is doing other tasks for you other than finding the investor that price may change. Traditionally the commission is as stated 2.2%.SN
