Whenever you say cost-effective you must understand what are the costs that you are incurring. There are primarily the following types of cost a company incurs. First one that comes to our mind is variable cost. Variable costs will vary in direct proportion to changes in the level of an activity. Second is Fixed Costs. The opposite of variable costs are fixed costs. Fixed costs do not fluctuate with changes in the level of activity. Economists speak of the concept of economies of scale. This means that certain efficiencies are achieved as production levels rise. Keeping all these costs in mind you can any mass emailer and that would be effective for instance Sendinblue, sendgrid or elastic mail.

Or you can specialize in the repair of devices running on the Android platform.... (you get the idea) Once you find your USP - use it in all of your inbound and outbound marketing platforms. Are you ok with your company going bankrupt? Is that worth the small savings to you? No. Of course not. Hire someone who is good at marketing. Hire someone who knows what they are doing. Or, try to find your business the cheapest heart surgeon you can and then spend the next five years wondering why such a solid business idea failed in the first 6 months. Don't even think about monetization yet. You want to focus on first starting to capture this month's traffic - even just 1% - as email subscribers who you can continually message and Market to. Once you have someone as a subscriber, you can now email them a dozen times over a few weeks promoting your affiliate offer, increasing the chance that they'll convert -- after all, who is more likely to convert? Someone who just read a post or someone who opted in and received a dozen trust building emails promoting a product? If you have an email list built off of this traffic you could even promote multiple products over time! If you have three compelling offers, you can pitch all three in sequence, with breaks for education and information. You're right to want to monetize this audience. First and foremost: you want to capture this audience as subscribers to your email list.KD

Build ads that target that age group and think about having a facebook page to supplement your efforts there.
