MenuIs it any violation of copyright or Fair Use to post Movie Trailer Videos on your web site?
I see these Movie Trailer videos or previews posted on numerous review sites that have blog posts or web pages with titles like The 10 Best Documentaries on Amazon Prime, etc., and on that page are the Movie Titles, the Trailer video and a short blurb.

Hosting the trailer on your site without permission is definitely not allowed, but you are probably allowed to embed a YouTube player with the video. In that situation you'd only need to check YouTube's terms of use, not the original copyright holder (disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer and the legal situation may also depend on the jurisdiction).
Hello. It's the violation of copyright to post Movie Trailer Videos on the websites of other people.Your contents should be free from the copyright, else you will be in the bars,if,the Manager of the website complains against you. This is followed by 'Youtube'.Your channel will be blocked,if you post any Video, that has the copyright material. It should not be done.Thanks.

What's the most cost-effective way to create email marketing content for a technical professional services firm's customers and prospects?
One option is to create drip campaigns that can run automatically after creation. That way you've got content being fed to your audience on a schedule (X days from sign-up), and your overhead is much lower in terms of generating new content. When you have something meaningful to say, you can send it out to the list ad hoc, but you're not on the hook to regularly generate new broadcasts. I have a lot of experience setting up email marketing automation, as well as a strong technical background (I recently sold my marketing agency to take a full-time contract building custom web and native apps). On top of that, I'm also an experienced technical and non-technical writer (3 books and hundreds of articles under my belt). If you're interested, I'd be happy to discuss some of your options for creating newsletter content that will continue working for you, rather than spending lots of time each week for single-purpose content. Drop me a line and we'll chat. Good luck!JL

Reach out to small businesses in your area. If you can sell them on the benefits of having a strong online presence and help them set up a website and a blog, you will get some solid first customers.ZR
