How do we find someone to partner with or buy our app that has good downloads and reviews but needs someone to take it over to monetize?

We launched an app, website and brand a few years ago to help people get over breakups. It was a passion project and side gig for us and we have been too busy with other things to really want to do more with it. It has good downloads and reviews but small revenue because we aren't doing enough to monetize it. We were hoping to sell it OR find someone that would want to take it over for a big equity stake.
