Use Gmail to import everything into one account. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/21289?hl=en
It's a good idea to keep accounts separate though if they are for different purposes. You can setup filters in Gmail for important emails. I also find it very helpful to use Google Chrome's User Accounts to easily switch between different Google accounts. Feel free to call me at 812-650-4405 if you want to discuss this more.
With Gmail you can also set reply base on which email was sent. So example if they emailed bob@domain1.com you can set to to reply back from that email and not your main Gmail or Google Apps email.

I want to make a website for my B-plan, what are pros and cons of outsourcing the website designing over getting it done in house.
Just find a Wordpress theme for it, I expect if you google "wordpress theme business plan" you'll find many free and paid options, select the one you like, and you can have your b-plan website up in no time either self-hosted or on Wordpress.comJM

How can I suggest songs to listen to to my website users?
You can share the individual song by grabbing the Embed code in Spotify. To do this, find the song in Spotify and click on the ellipsis, aka the three dots (...) to display more options. Select Share --> Copy Embed Code and place this code where you want the song to display on your website. You will also see other options available. If you choose "Song Link" it will open the song in Spotify. Another option is to create a playlist of the songs you want to suggest and embed the entire playlist. If you aren't restricted to using Spotify, you can also embed songs from YouTube or create a YouTube playlist of the songs you want to share. Hope this helps!LC

Joomla, concrete5 or squarespace to create a membership website? (I have no programming knowledge)
Why don't you use Wordpress? Free plugins like s2member are available; DAP and Wishlist are great paid options. Easy to use, too.JK
