MenuI'm looking for suggestions about the monetization of thinkmobiles.com.

With that kind of traffic, it shouldn't be hard to monetize, but the real question is coming up with the most effective strategy.
Without knowing much about the business or having access to any analytics, here are a few recommendations off the top of my head:
- add affiliate links to apps & software links
- sell premium ad space
- sell services to help customers select software/apps
- sell services to setup various software
- setup automated email campaigns
- offer courses
There are certainly other ways you could monetize your site. One thing to keep in mind is you want to focus on the CLTV (customer lifetime value). Rather than looking for quick wins, think about the big picture and how you can really help your customers in the long run.
By providing value, you'll build trust and your customers and clients will be much more willing to pay for added services.
First, get some mobile offers from an affiliate network. Get CPL based deals where the network won't mind the slow steady traffic of residual sales from your blog. Second, use that subscriber list for the same offers, but mind that not all networks allow display AND email traffic to the same creatives for link set.
Given the information shared, there are a lot of ideas that can be explored. Below are some:
1) Pitch relevant blog advertising to IT service providers and software sellers. 200k monthly views is a good number.
2) Pitch top spots to IT service providers and software sellers in relevant category pages.
3) Since you have a lot of informative content, push the same through email marketing will work. Brand promotion can be made part of the email marketing
There are many other advertising driven monetization options can be explored without spoiling the user experience. Let's talk on phone or email (varun@upreports.com) to dig deeper.

Will redesigning a website (ground up) ruin the search ranking of a site?
TL;DR -> Yes you will risk it if you don't perform a proper audit and migration from the original platform. Any type of architecture changes can 100% ruin your SEO if you are not migrating content and topics correctly. Many people assume this is limited to URI structure but underestimate the power of Topical hierarchy and the content, internal linking and URI structure which play a crucial role into any migration effort. If you have any questions about the migration process, give me a shout. Decent free migration checklist: https://searchengineland.com/site-migration-seo-checklist-dont-lose-traffic-286880TM

What Wordpress Plugins is the best for creating a Multi-Level Affiliate Marketing program?
There is a lot of points in your question which unless someone has the exact same setup as you - I don't think you will get the answers you are looking for. I believe you should limit it by asking yourself: What is the ONE thing the MLM plugin I am looking for can do so that it achieves the maximum amount of result to my business by using it? IMHO - it would be the ability to set commissions for the products you sell and award commissions to those affiliates that actually earn you sales. All other features, while nice, are ancillary features that from the perspective of the affiliate - don't really need in order to be successful. In that regard - I would suggest https://affiliatewp.com/. When it comes to running affiliate programs on WP sites, it wins out as the best in my experience. Hope this helps! Glad to assist any further if you need help.TB
