Does anyone know of any identity management solutions ?

Not password managers. Applications that help you understand what personal data sites have about you and what these sites are doing with it?

There was a company tracking changes to privacy policies but they stopped working on this. If I'm not mistaken I believe it was docracy.

Check out the UK startup Mydex.org They supply some of the government departments with a personal identity verification service.
