We manufacture and sell our startup innovative product and we want to sell it on Amazon.
The problem is: the item profile was created by someone else: and it was made poorly with not the greatest pictures and product description. And we have no control over info changing.
We have tried to address this issue to Amazon support, but they were reluctant though we have registered ourselves as a brand owner on Amazon.
Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

Assuming you are talking about product detail pages, there are some conditions that need to be met about editing their content and owning pages depending on what exactly is the product that you want to sell. I will be happy to discuss this over a call.
