I own a boutique mobile app development firm based in Dallas. I am looking to find a reliable subcontractor to handle overflow. Prefer an agency. My firm is all Xamarin and Azure (Node.js). If you are open to outsourcing , there are lot of cheaper yet reliable options in India . I have worked with some of these in last few years and they have produced fantastic private and public mobile apps.
