We are a team of 4 Founders and Friends: 2 business people and 2 techies. I need help to clearly define the role of my other Business Co- Founder. I came up with the idea and convinced him to join me. Has anyone launched a startup with similar kind of team? Your experience will be helpful.

Define the roles and responsibilities, and keep communication open and frequent. If you don't you'll end up in the lopsided work situation.
When I've let other people (and myself) do what they want, when they want, productivity suffers. And when you're in the race to profitability, productivity is what you need.
