Should we:
A) Hire 1 Bookkeeper Expert (15 hrs) + 1 Admin (30 hrs)
B) Hire someone with all skills. (admin, bookkeeping, etc). 40+ hrs.
Any suggestions and/or best practices? Going Rates?
