This is the second feature film I have wrote and will direct, and plan to only move forewords in raising equity once all of the pre-production, team building, casting, and legal ground work is in place. So, with that said, where is a good place to start looking for this types of talented people? Also, I am not interested in crowd funding campaigns.

Agree with getting all the work done first: pre-production, team building, casting and legal ground. Now for all this are you investing you own money?
Raising private equity (from angels/VC) for films its not an easy thing to do. The people with the most knowledge on this are in L.A (Los Angeles).
PS: Why not crowdfunding?
