I've been on the Clarity platform and I have very good reviews but I'd like to get a lot more calls and help a lot more people (and make more money). I'm at 13% right now. Is that about average? What techniques should I be using to increase my conversion rate? I'm not going to worry too much about getting more people to see my profile if my conversion rate is poor.

I think 13% is good - that's what mine is too. I think the bigger issue is getting more people to your profile page. It doesn't matter how good your page conversion is if you don't send people to it from your website or email marketing efforts. it also depends on your per minute rate.
