Process Management Maturity Evaluation
Created 4 years ago in Business / Getting Started

Most of the times, when talking about process optimization, what comes to mind is system implementation for automation. But is this really the next step? Incredibly, usually not. It depends on many factors, such as how your strategy is aligned with processes, your governance structures, methodologies for process mapping and improvement, your organization’s culture, and people’s mindset – do they think in process or not?
I use the BPM 6×5 (BPM 6 per 5) model to measure and develop action plans for the company to grow in Maturity in Business Process Management. This model, developed by myself, is a self-assessment model, so you can apply it yourself. Or you can also ask for my support either in applying it or reviewing its application, and on defining your action plan from its results. Contact me to find out more about the model and how it can be useful for you.
