Defining Your Revenue Model

"How does your company makes money?"
This is the number one question you need to answer to.
I had two startups on my own but I also currently work for two acceleration programs and defining a good revenue model, evaluating all its aspects and executing it is one of my primary goals when dealing with a new startup.
