Platforms; How to Build One

At Syndy.com we've been building an online platform for suppliers to share rich digital product information with online retailers. We've build the platform from scratch and had to get through the chicken/egg phase, which any platform will encounter (there are ways to bypass this specific problem but for a long time I didn't know how). I'm happy to share my advice on how to build your platform, how to channel supply and demand and how to active your first users.
