First, as an independent sales agent working with several merchant service and payment gateway providers, and later as the the founder of CardPaymentOptions.com (CPO). As the founder of CPO, Phillip has reviewed and rated over 500 different service providers in the elecronic payments arena. The goal of CPO is to help small business owners find excellent providers who serve their needs well and to expose the providers that in engage in deceptive and predatory business practices.
