Philippe is the kind of CEO that is the first to arrive in the morning and the last to leave at the end of the day. He works long hours alongside the MashON team and is knowledgeable in every aspect of the company. He encourages his team with monthly meetings, keeping the business side transparent and making clear goals for growth. He is supportive of his team in their work and personal endeavors, giving advice and words of wisdom at the right times. Thank you Philippe for leading by example.

It was a privilege to work with Philippe. He is not a typical CEO of a company. He genuinely cares about every person in the team and tries very hard to clear any obstacle so they can thrive in what they do. I had the pleasure of working with Philippe for three and a half years at MashON. Philippe is a passionate and dedicated visionary, entrepreneur and leader. As CEO, Philippe demonstrated his drive to the success of the company on many levels by never hesitating to roll up his sleeves and take on challenges within departments as they arise – never surprising to find him in the server room or testing software. In addition to Philippe’s strong business skills, he possesses a distinguished talent at cultivating relationships making him a very valuable asset to business development, especially for a start-up. Philippe’s high energy and drive for success created a dedicated team of talented individuals, which made working at MashON very enjoyable.

Philippe was always the first to arrive at the office with a warm morning greeting, to everyone. He's adamant about not sleeping too much because one can be more productive awake! His drive for MashON propelled me to become a stronger team member and a more ambitious designer. Philippe was the very reason why I stayed around for over four years and I truly believe he will take any company he leads to success.

It was an absolute honor to work for and with Philippe Benoliel. As my CEO, he was both a mentor in business and life. Philippe is fiercely intelligent and is balanced with humor and honesty. I have many times touted that Philippe is one of the top business minds and CEO's in the world - He speaks about 6 languages, so yes I do mean the world! (He is too humble to boast about the incredible success that he has had in his career).

You are an amazing boss. You lead by example and managed with the confidence symbolized by your open-door CEO style, and you expressed humility on numerous occasions by taking tasks head on yourself and never believing any person nor task was beneath you – Such an honorable characteristic. While at MashON, I feel blessed to have met you and your family and been given the opportunity to watch your family start and grow with smiling faces and infectious giggles of two beautiful and happy children.

Philippe is everything you want in a leader for a company. He's an excellent speaker and has a true talent for inspiring teams. His ambition for the company is contagious and trickles down to everyone in the office. This ambition leads to everyone in the office remaining focused at their project in hand. His involvement in projects push each project in a positive and efficient manner that gains momentum to finish, ultimately contributing to the pursuit of the bigger goals.

He is someone who has the capability to engage a wide range of responsibilities with high energy and commitment.
