When we came to Wachovia we needed a new logo, but found ourselves lumped into the same old designs that everyone else had. Our efforts to develop a logo that is representative of our style were falling on deaf ears and the process became increasingly frustrating. Peter stepped in and immediately smoothed the way. He spent time on the phone listening to our needs and facilitated turning my amateurish effort to depict what we liked into a logo that met all of our goals. The process became a pleasure, and the product is just what we wanted. The difference with Peter was that he took the time to get to know us. In our business, we know that relationships are vital, and Peter knows it, too.

Peter Kaufman came to my rescue numerous times during my stint as a Regional Practice Liaison for the former Wachovia Securities Financial Network. I was responsible for the successful transition of new business practices to Wachovia's independent channel at the time. Transitions were often complicated projects with short time frames. Marketing expectations were always high for the new business owners.
