In his 14 year career he cooperated with clients, business partners and team members from Austria, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, India, Italy and Poland in several industries including but not limited to manufacturing companies, financial institutions, business support centers and professional services. Peter's multicultural and corporate background adds value and diversity to his consulting, coaching and training practice.

Peter grew up in Budapest, Hungary, where he gained B.Sc. in Engineering and M.Sc. in Business Economics. He spent 2 semesters in Pennsylvania studying advance financial analysis while tutoring economics and mathematics. His professional experience includes holding consulting and managerial positions of Hungarian and international consulting companies - focusing on lean process improvement, leadership development and project management - as well as senior trainer and external module leader roles within leading business education institutions.

Peter's deep and broad experience in leadership development includes lean and shadow coaching, executive assessment, career counseling, work-life balance, coaching and mentoring for high performance as well as lecturing and training on leadership to private and corporate clients at executive levels. His business acumen benefits leaders dealing with issues related to lean startups, people development, employee engagement and organizational results.
