As the director of a large business innovation program (300-strong staff, 39 million € budget), I oversaw the work of a program management group, had business accountability for 20+ development projects and their budgets, managing key personnel and key work content, program-wide communications, annual business planning and budgeting process, as well as performance reviews and results reporting.
