Paul has a varied background in transportation/logistics and real estate. As a high school Spanish and Accounting teacher, Paul started his own trucking company. He bootstrapped it, and his company is debt free. Paul's leadership grew the company enough that he had to leave his teaching position to work full time in his trucking business. Since 2006, Paul has taken profits from his trucking business to invest in commercial and residential real estate. Although he still owns his transportation/logistics business and real estate portfolio, he focuses his time on helping people improve their personal and business finances, and advises on how to create a passive income.
