Developing an Appropriate Launch Strategy

Depending on your startup or business a soft launch may or may not be appropriate. In many instances a B2B or SaaS business is better off working with a small number of customers to ensure they "love" their product or service before scaling to greater heights. Working out the appropriate strategy can depend on a number of things such as your past experience in the industry, how well developed the product is at launch, your marketing budget and amount of "runway" remaining.
