Approx. $1 million in real estate investments before age 30. I specialize in buy-and-hold, cash-flow residential real estate investments that create passive income. I'm an investor who owns seven rental property units, as well as a former licensed real estate agent.
I've built a team that manages my investments day-to-day, which allows me to enjoy the passive income and financial independence that result from these strategic investments.
