• Coordination with Local Government, Telecom Operators and ISP’s on Shared Metro Fibre and Long-distance Fibre Infrastructures, regulations and policies.
• Developed sustainable business models and pricing structures for a Developing Nations Telecom Regulator Approvals for all Fibre Infrastructure providers.
• Contributed to the development of National Policies relating to the use of Shared Fibre Infrastructures.
• Secured safe access to Rural and Conflict areas, with the cooperation of non-State Actors, for Long Distance fibre infrastructures.
• Negotiated and secured Shared Fibre Infrastructure projects from various Mobile Operators and ISP’s (~5000km of Microduct based shared fibre infrastructures).
