Patrick's 12+ years of diverse experience encompasses both multi-discipline MEP design and project management as a New York State licensed Professional Engineer, from both the consultant and owner sides of projects. His project history ranges from large-scale public transit and wastewater infrastructure projects, campus and building-level infrastructure utility planning, multi-site implementations, ambulatory healthcare, higher education, and numerous commercial/hospital interior renovations. This history has honed his ability to understand the needs and overarching goals of highly specialized projects.
