Analytics and AI governance leader with 12+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies across multiple domains.

I specialize in driving data-driven solutions, building analytics organizations from the ground up, and developing long-term strategic roadmaps. I am an expert in solving complex problems, leading global teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance through data governance and change management, while driving transformative innovation.

Currently, I am part of the Group Chief Data Office, as Director, Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Ethics – working closely and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enable the successful implementation of AI initiatives, and to embed a strong culture on the ethical use of data across the organization.

I am a Certified Google Project Management professional, have certifications on business storytelling (Dale Carnegie), Financial Markets (NSE) and AI/ML and Generative AI space from Data Camp, Coursera, Deeplearning.AI.

My academic foundation includes an MBA in International Business and a B. Tech in Information Technology.

I have been a top performer throughout my career, earning accolades such as "Student of the Year - SIIB" and multiple professional awards, including the "Mckinsey Annual Champion Award for Client Impact" and "SG-BL Special Awards" for my contributions to driving distinctive client outcomes.

• Leadership and Innovation: I have led a team of 30+ data scientists and analysts, focusing on developing innovative solutions for financial crime compliance and data governance. I have successfully delivered projects valued at over €5mn by leveraging AI, ML and data science.

• Strategic Data Management: I have built and executed AI, data governance, process innovation, and automation roadmaps and have consistently contributed to developing best practices in data quality, data ethics and Responsible AI.

• Analytics Expertise: I possess deep expertise in predictive analytics, data mining, machine learning, and deep learning.

In addition to my technical skills, I am known for my strong leadership, communication, adaptability, growth mindset and problem-solving abilities.

I am based out of Chennai, India. In my free time, I enjoy playing cricket and TT with my son, travelling, and reading on topics like investing and behavioral finance. Moreover, I am passionate about mentoring young individuals, guiding them to discover their own paths in life.
