Procedures and Manuals Based on Workflow Diagrams

I prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manuals, Instructions and Guidelines which are more graphics oriented and avoid lengthy texts. This way people find it easier to read and understand and makes it more interesting. The number of pages are also lesser. I use the Swim-lane work flow approach which also clarifies the roles, responsibilities and authorities of the individuals/departments.
