As an entrepreneur, I started building and developing online businesses 14 years ago. I started out doing it part time to help me relax and it grew from a hobby into a full time career 6 years ago. I was able to take my marketing background and extensive IT background and figure out ways to monetize IT related online projects. My Windows related websites have brought in over 10 million customers and over 25 million page views over their lifetime.
This was accomplished with no employees and minimal use of contractors. Because I figured out the entire process of building online businesses from scratch, I was able to quit my 6 figure job as an IT project manager. It changed my life.
I founded LearnAboutTheWeb.com (http://www.learnabouttheweb.com) because ironically, today at a time when it is easiest to start an online business, more people are intimidated by the process. In addition, people don’t have a single place to go to get this information.
I believe that today, we are at a point where a lot of people are frustrated with traditional education channels and know instinctively that the internet can change their lives but are frustrated by a lack of guidance.
I mentor and guide Entrepreneurs, CEO's and executives as they transition their businesses to the web.
