It requires top-notch R&D professionals, however, those are not always easy to find. This is where I come into the picture. My name is Omer Katz, and I am an extremely passionate professional with over ten years of experience as a software developer. I started programming when I was 11, and haven't stopped since. In the last four years, I have been helping startup companies as a Software Architecture Consultant, working on high profile open-source projects such as Celery, MongoEngine & OAuthlib. Today, I offer high-tech enterprises & startup companies complete support by providing solutions to software architecture problems and technical debt. My goal is to help companies produce better technological products by improving the organizational structure, recruiting and training R&D teams, and providing high-quality development and control. I am passionate about solving complex technological problems, predicting and avoiding organizational crises, and writing clean and elegant code that works optimally.
