A social worker and into community development as that is my proffession, Communication officer of the Apese ere self-help group.
As a communication officer at the Apese ere self-help group,my team and i are into empowering girls in our community to say no to early childhood marriages by issuing warning to the community through the village chief and also ensure that they are enrolled to schools.We also empower them on personal hygiene especially when young girls reach their womanhood,,we teach and provide them with information on the same and also provide the necessary essentials like inner wear,sanitary towels,soap,tissues.This has really been of help to them and is improving their way of living.
