If you are not sure whether the policy framework, and contractual details with all stake holders are not as per Islamic Law of contract then it is possible that you might be indulged in a prohibited things like Riba, Gharar etc. So its better to take advice. Furthermore there are cultural issues as well. This is for Muslims of course, but anyone can benefit from it. I have done MS in Islamic finance, and also connected with lots of shariah scholars who can guide you.
