I Will Give You Advices on Designing Your Product, and Prioritizing Features

Olivier is a tremendously valuable head of product. He possess a rare cross-functional skillset that enables him to be visionary at conception of a new product/idea, extremely competent and hardworking at moving various parts of the organization to deliver and very good UX/graphic design skills. I'm particularly impressed by his ability to stay aware of newly emerging UX and design patterns and to incorporate them in the work he does.

I have always been impressed by Olivier's commitment, persistence, and creativity. He sticks to his vision and is not deterred by obstacles all while be completely humble and willing to challenge his own assumptions. These qualities made him an invaluable project manager who would fight for what he thought was right while ensuring that in the end client got the product and service they desired. And I continue to see these qualities shine as Olivier works on his own independent projects.

I started working with Olivier when he was project manager.
Olivier has a great capacity to analyse a project with a 360˚ vision : While designing the User Experience on a project, he knows well how to take into account and conciliate ergonomic with technical and business issues.
He showed also a true gift in designing innovative and creative ideas / concepts : This is probably the reason why he turned director of design !
Last but not least : Olivier is a nice and cool guy, I really enjoyed working with him and hope we will work again together.

I had the opportunity to work with Olivier for two years. I was constantly impressed by his great creativity, the way he used to design web applications and his special "touch" in formalizing his ideas. As a Chief Sales Officer in af83, I always relied on his communication skills when meeting new clients.

All I can say is that Olivier is born innovator, an all-day-long multi-disciplinary never stoping creator. He has insightful ideas and comes up with clever ways to make them come real. In a team work, Olivier listens carefully and brings constructive critics that help projects to keep moving on.
