Habits define who we are as people. What we repeatedly do on a day to day basis has the power to make or break us. Luckily, you have the power to consciously decide what your habits are.
I will assist you in determining which habits are hurting and helping you, and I will help you change your behaviors accordingly.
I am a Division I Athlete at an Ivy League University. For the past two and a half years I have been assisting the strength & conditioning coaches in training 35 varsity teams to perform at their peak level. Additionally, I have fitness training through Army ROTC, the organization that trains future officers and soldiers to maintain top physical status.
If you are looking to get in shape, lose weight, or become a more well-rounded athlete, then I can help you facilitate a custom workout plan that will suit your specific goals.
I was in Army ROTC, the top leadership training program in the United States. While in the program, I became the President of Cornell University's chapter of The National Society of Scabbard & Blade, an elite group of hand selected individuals recognized for their outstanding leadership within our program and campus.
The skills I learned through this program are invaluable, and I want to teach them to you so that you can take your team to the next level.
